Pathways to Mental Health provides participants with community support to assist
individuals in developing skills and establishing social connections. These supports
encompass learning new skills, daily living assistance, participation in activities, and
the cultivation of healthy personal, family, and community relationships.
At Pathways to Mental Health, we take pride in offering high-quality support services
delivered by experienced and trauma-informed support staff. Our team of support
staff, detailed on our team page, possesses extensive experience in mental health
and all aspects of disability support. They undergo continuous supervision and
regular training to enable them to provide the very best support possible.
Your supports can be tailored to your preferences and often encompass the
following:
- Assistance with personal care
- Support for attending social events, education, work, or training
- Help with household tasks (domestic chores, cooking, animal care, gardening)
- Budgeting and household planning guidance
- Support in pursuing exercise goals
- Accompaniment to medical appointments
- Social outings, family and friends meetings, or designated “outing days”
- Assistance with mood regulation skills (relaxation, radical acceptance,
mindfulness, etc.) - Support for food preparation, meal planning, and shopping.
